	Simalube는 외부의 특정한 장치없이 1개월에서 12개월 까지 사계절, 주/야로 사용이 가능합니다. 이는 Simalube의 국제 특허 제품인 Dry cell에 의한 것으로서 이미 서구 의학계에서 그 정확성과 신뢰성이 입증되어 사용되고 있습니다. 자동급유기의 관건은 신뢰성입니다. 적유,적량, 적법,적시의 문제를 Simalube가 해결 할것입니다.

	Simalube는 북미/유럽의 유수 기관으로 부터 안정성이 입증되었으며 특히 독일의 안전공사 TUV에서 GS안전공인 마크를 획득하였습니다.

	기존 동일 용량의 제품보다 소형/ 경량으로 어떠한 개소에도 장착이 가능합니다. 1. 주변온도 : -20℃에서 55℃까지 외부의 온도에 영향을 받지 않음 2. 방수 : 완벽한 방수처리로 옥외는 물론 수면아래에서도 사용이 가능함. 3. 윤활제 : 기존의 제품과 달리 사용자가 임의로 윤활제를 선정,충진하여 사용할수도 있음

	본제품은 1회 사용이 완료된후에도 Grease재충진 및 Dry cell의 교체로 재사용을 할수 있으며 폐기시에는 생분해가 되는 환경친화형 제품입니다.

How it Works

The simalube lubricator has a transparent housing which contains a piston. This piston is driven by our patented gas-producing dry-cell and it expels the lubricant through a threaded funnel at the base of the lubricator.

The lubricator is filled with either 125 ml or 60 ml of lubricant and it features a tri-section label. The cartridge on top of the lubricator contains the two gas-producing dry-cells, a spring, a contact plate and a 1 to 12 months index plate. The lubricator and the cartridge form a gas-tight unit.

The piston moves downwards by way of the gas pressure which is generated by the gas-cell. The gas volume is adjusted by turning the index plate to the appropriate position. This position can be changed any time indefinitely.

The Gas Cell

Gas cells in the size and shape of hearing-aid batteries work according to electrochemical principals. Without any external power supply they produce hydrogen gas on demand.

The world wide patented gas cells with high energy density are ideally suitable for simple and inexpensive dispension of liquids or viscous substances. However, they are also used as a hydrogen source.

This is how it works.
Short-circuiting the two outside poles activates the cell, which then starts to produce gas. The desired volume of gas per hour is determined by a means of an electric load resistor (Ra). The greater the load resistance, the slower the rate of gas production. The gas cell is produced in direct proportion to the current flowing through the cell. The gas escapes through two holes in the bottom of the cell. If the circuit is interrupted, gas production is stopped immediately.

* 사용방법


1.	3mm L렌치를 이용하여 원하는 급유기간(급유량)을 설정하여 조정한다. (ex:1=1개월 /6=6개월)	2.	Simalube를 윤활 개소에 직접 또는 호스/파이프등으로 간접 연결을 한다.	3.	주유 완료후 Dry cell을 제거한 후에 윤활제를 충진하고 Dry cell을 새것으로 교체하여 재 사용한다.
